Random post Queen

So I know this is probably going to be a terrible idea, because I already know the comment section is going to try and make me feel like a POS.... But I'm not going to disable them. This is already embarrassing enough and If people feel like rubbing salt in my wound I can't stop them.
So I was maybe once hoping for the kindness of Strangers in the world to help out a fellow struggling person.
I got laid off from my job 3 weeks ago (been a hairstylist/barber for 18 years.) due to layoffs and people on medical leave with more seniority, that are returning.
And Like MOST of America, I live paycheck to paycheck and really relied on my tips as 70%of my income. I am now behind on Rent, Gas and electric, My phone is about to get shut off, food and household toiletries are very very slim and I've been trying to stretch what I can.. Rice and beans, pasta and sauce, Pb+j... Ramen noodles.. Trying to make due.. TMI but I had to bum tampons, Toilet paper, and toothpaste... stuff like that from a friend.
I don't drive right now but when I can I try to receive help from the area food banks.
I was able to get a job interview this week and luckily the bus route is close to and from... so Wish me luck please ❤️
However until then and for a few weeks until I receive a check, I am pretty much destitute.. It's 6$ a day to bus to and from... So if I hopefully receive 5 days a week that's 30$ for transportation..
I am at my rock bottom for a few weeks and as much as I can't believe I'm doing this...
I am asking for any help you are willing to do, to maybe keep me going so my family and myself can keep afloat until GOD willing I get hired and start working on the salon floor again.
If anyone can spare 1$ each or even. 50 cent's or whatever you can do to help out....
I figured that's not asking anything inappropriate of me.
And if enough of you kindhearted people can do that, It will hopefully add up so We can get by for the next week or whenever.
I am not some scammer looking to somehow steal people's Venmo name... And I googled if this is even safe to ask on my end.. Venmo just said to make sure my account is set to private.. which I did and everyone should do for themselves anyway.

Sorry apparently I cannot comment onmy own posts on the GMYM group. And you seem like you aren't trying to scam anyone.
I scrolled through the feed and it's crazy that the whole point of this group is to help each other and it seems like no one can spare even 1 dollar each to help other members. However I understand that that comes with the fear of being scammed so mo one helps.. however I cannot post or comment but I wanted to help someone... I literally just got home from work cutting hair on my feet for 8+hours and can help with 5 bucks to a fellow member😞

I know it's probably a long shot, but, a few people said asking kindness from strangers couldn't hurt.
Understandably we all post the content we choose, and leave out 100% of the reality. Sometimes our pride gets I'm the way of asking for help..
But I'm going to go ahead and do it anyway.... I was just homeless for over 2 months, and by some chance meeting I had a client in my chair (hairstylist for 17 years).. who had an entire 3 bedroom house for rent.. so she offered my to rent it, knowing I make cash tips and get paid every two weeks...
Well Thing's happen and she hit me with extra costs I was under the impression would not be included.. so this month has been really difficult to pay.. not only that but as embarrassing as it is... I work next to a grocery store and have been dumpster diving for food..
I figured if anyone reads this and can spare a 1/2$ it could really help a fellow human..
This isn't some scam and I'm not trying to steal your personal information..
You don't need to PM me and I'm not asking for gift cards or promising anyone millions lol..
Just whatever anyone can spare.. I know we're all going through it atm.

Random advice of the day.
When you are getting a shampoo at the salon or barber shop, follow these simple rules.
1.Sit in the chair correctly!, Unless you are under 13, your stylist shouldn't have to instruct you on how to scooch back or slide down and lay back with your neck resting properly in the bowl.
2. Don't be a bobblehead. While we appreciate that you are trying to help by lifting your head the entire time in the most uncomfortable looking position even, this is not helpful or for you relaxing. Just lay your neck in that little area with a neck cradling divot, and we will lift your head if needed.
3. Please please please.. close your eyes during a shampoo service!!! It's super awkward to have a client watching you and basically staring up our nose the whole time. Even if we are conversing , it's ok to close your eyes.
