June is Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month. 🧠 For members dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid, we work closely with Community Health Choices (CHC) to coordinate the long-term services and behavioral health support needed to manage brain health effectively. We are here to support both individuals and their dedicated caregivers.
