For me, design is not just a creative process. Working on the project I:
πΉ make market research and competitive analysis
πΉ constantly track all global design trends
πΉ use a flexible approach to understand the goals of your users
πΉ make a user-friendly and competent structure of web sites and mobile apps
πΉ professionally work with illustration and use Photoshop, not just copying pictures from stock (which most of your competitors have)!
πΉ design a layout that will solve your business problems.
π΅ I give all my expertise to this complex process, which requires attentiveness, empathy, and hard work.
And I'm willing to go that route to grow your business!

π» Performing a competitive analysis is one of the earliest research steps in the UX design process.
π It does not take much time, but it is essential to understand the strengths and weaknesses of your competitors; it helps us create a unique website or app design that will win the attention of your customers!β
π· There are different approaches to competitive analysis, and the format is not important. The main thing is to make it easy to compare competitors' websites/applications and note what works poorly for them, and what brings excellent results π
π‘ Here's a step-by-step competitive analysis guide

π₯π My approach to design follows four detailed steps to make sure I am delivering your business a design that produces a positive long-term return on investment:
1. Research
First of all, I need to understand who your users, potential clients and customers are, and what they are looking for. At this stage, I analyze your target audience as well as your competitors. π I try to find out how the current process works and how to improve it.
2. Analysis
Next, the main task is to analyze and categorize all the information about your target audience and competitors, as well as to create Personas and a User Journey Map. π‘ Now I will understand what functionality our users need and what visual solutions I should use.
3. Design
π¨ Design work usually consists of several steps:
β information architecture and sitemaps
β low fidelity prototype
β high fidelity prototype
β clickable prototype
β visual design
4. User testing
I test a prototype of our website or application and observe how the user interacts with the elements to identify areas of difficulty or confusion. π» If I realize that I need to change something after user testing, I go back to the previous steps.

π A clearly defined statement of work for a web designer - this is one of the keys to a fantastic result!
π― Here are some items you can include in your statement of work:
- Goals and general overview of the project
- Number of pages on the website and the purpose(s) of each page
- Description of the content of each page: number of blocks and requirements for their content, functionality and design
- Stylistic guidelines: colors, fonts, image style
- Materials and resources you will provide: logo, text content, product photos
π» The scope of work is your starting point. You need to list absolutely everything that you expect to get as a result of the designer's work.
