Do you have short-term tenants occupying your multifamily rental property?
If so, you may not be eligible for the competitive rates and terms offered through agency financing. Both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s small loan programs have strict requirements for the allowable percentage of short-term rentals which typically cannot exceed 5%.
