Every joist was failed. Not much really holding it together the last guys installed 2x4s at the edge of the roof and laid plywood over we removed it entirely and reframed it out and installed a new reliable roof that goes behind the tin and was sealed to the wall then the tin was put back on. All new custom bent fascia and soffit with a seamless gutter to finish it off. Free estimates 10% finders fee for any referrals after we get hired and paid in full.

This roof should’ve never been shingled so we tore out all the shingles and plywood and replaced all the wood then we installed base layers with a white granulated cap sheet and on the roof next to it we installed all new shingles. Quick Friday
