Registration Staff Supervisor (On Call / As Needed)

Event Agency is seeking a professional, organized and quick learning team player to serve as a Registration Staff Supervisor (On Call / As Needed). Our firm provides services to the meetings industry. The Registration Staff Supervisor (On Call / As Needed) is responsible for managing the registration team at events.

Responsibilities include:
* Overseeing the registration team.
* Communicating details, schedules, shift times and any necessary information to the team.
* Registering guest/attendees at meetings
* Acting as the liaison between the client and home office.
* Keeping accurate check / out times of team
* Evaluating team and making recommendations regarding changes
* Other duties as assigned

This position is ideal for someone with the following attributes:
* 1-3 years of experience dealing with the public
* Ability to set priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
* Computer literate
* Excellent client relations skills
* Demonstrated effective communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Have a flexible schedule (Meetings take place during the work day & some weekends)
* Must be punctual.
* Friendly and professional demeanor and a positive winning attitude
* Experience supervising 5 or more people
