Throwback to a meal I’m definitely making again!

Shrimp, spinach and cheese stuffed salmon!🤯
•
Sautéed the shrimp first, then added spinach since it cooks quickly. Stuffed the salmon with both shrimp and spinach then added cheese last!

I’ve been really busy with an internship and school but I’m going to try my best to start posting more again.

I’m still keeping it plant-based with seafood a few times a week. I feel great lately but I need to stay consistent with my workouts.
Hey everyone! I wanted to jump on today and post results about my recent “Biggest Loser” competition.
The competition included 8 women for 12 weeks. The goal was to have the highest weight lost percentage by the end of the 12 weeks.
Overall, the group lost 85.5 pounds and the winner lost a total of 12.85% body weight!
