The customer had an abundance of flooring, so they wanted utilize it. pulled the carpet, and staples, milled and installed the laminate flooring onto existing tread. Install 2xs to pack out risers.
Cut, and installed laminate stair nose. Install pre-painted riser material. Touch up nail holes, and paint risers, and stringers.
The customer is very pleased 😀

Ready to update your kitchen??? We can help! New floors, tiles, backsplash, painting…yup, we do all of that…including new cabinets or painting old ones. We can also totally revamp your island like we did this one for a whole new look. & peep the added detail with the new crown molding, upgraded toe kick & window framing…those little details make a HUGE difference! Client was happy☺️…(only thing we didn’t do here were the granite countertops)

Pulled the carpet. Installed vinyl floor and pre finished stair treads. Repair riser, and apply semi-gloss paint.

Cut through block wall, framed and install steel entry door. Milled and installed stringers and treads. Shelf modifications. No more going outside to get on the house 🙌🏾 Merry Everything, and Happy Always
