Holiday greetings! Here’s our custom memory dining table: Ayin - the eye to the world, a view into our latest artistic vision.
Made with “the four horsemen” of furniture materials:
🌳 wood (Caribbean rosewood courtesy of the now defunct 🪦💔)
🪨concrete (mixed in our backyard)
🦾metal (welded by a friend of )
👁️🗨️resin (memories of community embedded within the eye)
We built this prototype in a month for our cookbook club gathering in April - theme was a Passover dinner.
It even folds up for easy storage!

(It’s our Passover Seder table - gotta get it at least done in time for Passover to end this week 😹)
