These new families are looking for a new EVERYTHING!
Town Hall contacts these new families each week as soon as they move into their new home.
These new families will find new places to eat, work out, wash their car......they need a new Hair Salon, Spa, Auto Repair Shop, Optometrist, Dry Cleaner, Pet Groomer, Day Care Facility, Florist, Nail Salon, Pharmacy......you get the idea. They are actively seeking new local businesses and creating new purchasing patterns. They will become someone's next new local, loyal customer.
Town Hall will direct them to you before your competition even knows they are here.
Since our Welcome Kits are exclusive, and we can only accommodate one business per category, I would ask you to kindly let me know if you are interested in being featured in our local Welcome Kits.
I would like to schedule a time when you are expecting me so that I may drop off a sample of our "Welcome Kit" and explain the program in greater detail.
Please reply with your availability or call me at your earliest convenience.
For a faster response, or if you prefer, feel free to text me on my cell which is listed in my signature.
Thanks.

CranioSacral Therapy Craniosacral can be described as myofascial release for the central nervous system.
It is a gentle technique, often performed with clothes on, that can help release trauma and calm inflammation. It is gentle enough to work with babies yet profound enough to affect a horses posture. Everyone should try it, whether you have physical pain or not. It is comforting and relaxing and often has a profound effect on the entire system.
My website got glitchy and then doubled in price. Until I build a new one- which will probably be never- I'm just going to use this as an information page.
Hurry! Doors Closing Soon! Last Chance to Join. WAKE UP!!!
These are the subject lines of emails I got today. Just today. Not including all the emails I got yesterday and the days before and the past several years that this style of marketing has been employed and pumped directly to my inbox to scroll every. single. morning. You know what’s funny, they are all about how to cure anxiety, overwhelm and fear of missing out. They are all selling yoga and meditation, craniosacral, anatomy and bodywork trainings, business marketing, coaching, exercise programs, natural foods and herbs, teacher trainings- all the things I am interested in and WANT to buy. I don’t need a sense of scarcity to do these programs. I’m on their email list because I want to stay connected and do their cool programs at some point, or do just a little of all of them without the giant $5K fee and all my free time over the next year to get another certification I don’t need- or want. I want to be in their personal and professional orbit, why are they using scare tactics to get me to buy more? Or worse- for them- hurrying me through the proverbial door to give me a Masterclass for free. I don't have time for it and they can't afford to give their expertise away.
I woke up relaxed and focused and ready to do cool stuff today, but now I’m wondering if I need some expensive intervention to cure the sense of lack that my email just instilled. The message I got was “you are not doing enough, you are not fast enough, you are not healed enough and if you don’t act soon you will miss your chance at the life you’ve always dreamed of.
They all went to the same marketing school. 'Write this copy and people will buy your product.' I know, because I took the same workshop! We are told it will 'help people remember to buy the product you are selling because your customer does not know that it starts tomorrow and they NEED to know. Pay me 2,000 dollars and I will streamline your message by spreading fear while assuring you it is a positive message and you are doing your clients a favor.'
The need for support is real, the need to find the right support at the right time is critical. The need to reconnect with our bodies and our Inner Wisdom, and then our loved ones and the larger community around us is crucial. It is THE cure for loneliness and directionless-ness (is that a word?)
But, there is Plenty of Time, you are not going anywhere. You are always available for connecting with yourself, with your loved ones and with your larger community. You don’t have to be anywhere at any hour to get it, it is always with you, always available.
If you are having a hard time remembering how that works you are welcome to come here, or I will go there and we will rediscover it.
You are welcome to Take your Time or start right now. It doesn’t matter.
You are Always Welcome.
I am not going anywhere. You are not going anywhere. And if we are we can meet there and work together then.
The gift of CranioSacral in my life is a reconnection with the Power within myself and the Magic of the world that lifts me and carries me through, as if floating above the city. It is my Dream Life. I can't miss it, it's mine, I'm living it. But I do often forget when I'm distracted by the urgency around me. And then this work brings me back to the Power and the Magic.
This is something I want to share with you and the world. There is plenty of time. There is plenty of space. You are welcome here. I can come to you. We can travel together. Let’s do this!
In your time, your way, your space, your peace and your health.

Forshage Farm Fresh Eggs
On January 1st of 2022 my chickens started laying eggs.
My initial goal of having all the colors of the egg rainbow turned out to be a lot more eggs than we can eat in our house considering one of us doesn’t even like eggs. So what to do? Of course, I need to share them! And considering that these cute, silly gonzo character critters never stop eating, of course I need to sell those eggs to help support their endless eating habits.
Introducing Forshage Farm Fresh Eggs. The girls wait in line to lay their eggs in the same box and quack at each other when someone is taking too long. In this way I can hear every egg that is dropped and I often go check to see who is screaming at whom because it is great fun to watch the chicken drama.
I usually get each egg shortly after it is dropped several times each day. They are beyond fresh. Once I bring them inside I polish them with a microfiber cloth and put them in a sanitized egg carton. I don’t use water to clean them because it disturbs the microbiome bloom, which is the protective layer keeping bacteria out of the 6,000-8,000 pores of the shell. They can remain safely on your counter for several weeks. Right now the girls lay a dozen eggs in 2 days so by the time you get them they are 3 days old, tops.
Some eggs get a little discolored from the hay they are laid on or her friend might walk over a fresh egg with her dirty little paws. Any egg that has crud on it that is not polishable gets rinsed and either boiled or scrambled into delicious sausage breakfast tacos for Forshage Family personal consumption.
The general internet consensus is that fresh unwashed eggs can rest on your counter for up to a month. Personally, I would refrigerate them after 2 weeks, but we’ve never had eggs last that long here. They get eaten or sold pretty quickly.
If you do decide to refrigerate your eggs, they should stay cold. According to the USDA website, "A cold egg left out at room temperature can sweat, facilitating the movement of bacteria into the egg and increasing the growth of bacteria. Refrigerated eggs should not be left out more than two hours."
The eggs you bring home from me, or get delivered from me to you, are not refrigerated or processed in any way.

Craniosacral Therapy for the Whole Family
This amazing technique, instituted by Dr Upledger, can be described as myofascial release for the central nervous system. It can have profound effects on any type of physical trauma, like falling, birthing, medical procedures, and even the physical effects of emotional traumas, like intense grief, stress and fear.
The therapist finds the subtle rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid and gently follows it to maximize the pulse and release restrictions in neural pathways from the dural tube, allowing increased transmission of vital information between the brain and the rest of the body. The nervous system reflexively relaxes, and common conditions like TMJ, tinnitus, dizziness, migraines and chronic pain can be completely relieved. This technique is so gentle, relaxing and integrative, it can be used with children for learning disabilities, food sensitivities or behavioral problems, and infants for cranial overlapping, colic and sleep problems. Treatment is generally done with clothes on unless combined with massage.
Great for highly sensitive people, those that may not get massage for various medical reasons like cancer or cancer treatments and clients who are seeking relief from chronic issues. You'll love it!
Somatic Emotional Release
is a phenomenon of Craniosacral Therapy used to find and heal deep injuries that are not easily addressed by other techniques. The therapist simply applies pressure to one of several points on the body, and the client does the rest. In response to specific pressure, the body moves toward positions of injured fascia. Once the position has been accessed, time is allowed to experience any sensory information stored with the injury, and the body returns to a new, restored and often completely healed position.

What is Craniosacral Therapy?
I get asked this a lot. Usually I point to my head to indicate the cranium and then my low back to indicate the sacrum. We deal with everything in between the cranium and the sacrum; which is the entire nervous system. In order to get into some of the areas that are disconnecting from the system and causing discomfort, we work with the fascia outside of the central nervous system. On the one hand we release restrictions in the tissues to free up movement, on the other we connect to the amazing network of nerves within the facia and let it lead back to the initial area of restriction. Once we follow it back, both physically and energetically, a great ball of emotional memory may be stored there as a a way to compartmentalize difficult situations- a process that helps us move on gracefully with life in circumstances that might otherwise have knocked us to the ground for a good long time.
In that way we follow restrictions into memories of trauma and can often let it come up and out in a relaxed, more cognitively aware state. Since it is deeply relaxing and coming from a point of stillness, we are able to experience heightened states of panic or overwhelm without the amygdala hyjack that often accompany overwhelming situations.
Once you are able to re-experience something traumatic, take it out of it's physical compartment in the tissues from the form of shoulder pain or pelvic discomfort, it can be reintegrated into the nervous system and settle into a more neutral physical and emotional experience. It no longer has an energetic charge and our minds will move on to the next problem to solve. It doesn't actually disappear, it just integrates and becomes something else.
This is why so many people say that CranioSacral is a trauma relief or cure all. It's really just an added bonus when it it all goes well, in reality, CranioSacral is a very simple form of myo-fascial release massage that focuses more on the fascia, allowing the nervous system to do what it does best. Homeostasis. In a state of homeostasis, the body unwinds muscles that need it, releases the restrictions at joints that make movement and rest possible, reorganizes experiences in a way that benefits the body, metabolizes nutrients and takes out the trash in an effective peaceful fashion.
This is also why one session might feel like a deep sleep and you wake up energized, another session may be crying about something you thought was healed long ago but some new opportunity pops into your life later that day almost miraculously. The body directs each session and takes care of it's needs in that moment.
Put simply, CranioSacral is the manual interruption of a disorganized process in the body, facilitating the reorganization and waiting for the body to settle into a new position of ease and peace.
In my experience it is an absolute Miracle. It either fixes the problem you came to treat, provides clear direction for next best steps in healing, or you stop caring completely that it exists.

This is the most concise description of the ethmoid bone and it's relationship with the first cranial nerve. If you are having problems with smell and taste- especially after Covid, this would be a great area to explore. Olfactory nerves are regenerative and anosmia can be a temporary condition. Come experience a spontaneous healing!

I can never say what craniosacral really is, because it seems to become what is needed for each person at that time. Here is attempt number one!

This girl is a miracle! Just a few weeks ago she was so twisted in her abdomen we weren’t sure if she was going to make it. She has completely straightened out, lost a ton of weight, and lets me work with her without a bridle or hay as a distraction. She doesn’t cow kick me anymore when I lift her ribs and lets me pick up her legs to do release that before would have been impossible. I’m so excited I get to be a part of this ❤️

Thank goodness for fences!

This is the money shot! This is what a good release looks like. One giant toothy yawn followed by grunt or groan. Snix had a suspected break in his tail and it always went off to one side. After releasing his sacrococcygeal joint and unwinding all the fascia around it, his tail was able to lift straight up completely centered. Once that happened he lifted his own leg for a hock release on that previously tight side- something he was not having last time and finally let me anywhere near that psaos. Actually he let Chris touch his psoas- wish I had gotten a picture of that!
After his session was essentially over, he lifted his front left leg and started banging it on buckets, which I assumed meant he wasn't done yet. I released the tension around that knee until he lifted it for me and let me do a scapula release- again something he wasn't interested in until we released the whole back end. I had so much fun today with this guy as he went from squealing at the other horses to putty in my hands. He was so gentle and slow with me, even though it's mating season and he had much more important things to do!

Miracle of the Day:
This girl waited her turn patiently, alone for HOURS, watching and napping in the shade while we worked with her friends just beyond the gate in the barn. Every other horse was aching to go out and play while she came in willingly and waited.
When it was obvious we were done for the day and had completely forgotten her, she wandered off to graze on all the new shoots and wildflowers, but not out in the rolling acres of fields, just a few feet away within our peripheral vision. When I heard she was having trouble with her gut again I went over to check her out.
She stopped grazing, lifted her head up and leaned way in to a good neck rub. She looked and acted like a giant puppy!
Of course, there are a bunch of clinical things we were working on like stimulating Kidney meridian to balance the water in her eliminations; releasing trigger points in her brachiocephalicus muscles and smoothing out the fascia to open the jugular groove- making space for jugular venous flow and the carotid artery, which opened up to the deeper work in the sternocephalicus and unwinding the brachial plexus and finally gaining access to her first rib. I'm not totally sure what is going on in her rib or if it's just being pulled back by the pressure of excess girth, but we'll find out next week when we get her in the barn on a flat surface and watch to see if she can square up and where her withers are pulling after a more global neck release.

My favorite pictures of the day. I couldn’t pick just one!
Miracle #1: this guy looks 10 years younger and galloped away from his session. He could barely walk when we started working together.
Miracle #2: a different horse has had scary digestive issues for months, walked away after 5 minutes of work and was completely back to normal. 5 minutes!

Did you Know the Longus Colli is often affected by whiplash and is considered to be responsible for the loss of curvature in your neck? I can only imagine what that does to every other structure in your neck including your thyroid and an the ability to support chiropractic adjustments. Let's get that released!
BTW: This is THE coolest website. Click below, you won't regret it.
Longus Colli Muscle Anatomy, Function & Diagram | Body Maps The longus colli muscle is found on the anterior (front) side of the vertebral column in the neck. The muscle connects the atlas (the topmost vertebra of the spine) with the third thoracic vertebra in the upper back.

The correlation of ideopathic endogenous depression and the triad of compassion/depression sounds pretty serious. It basically just means: you had a baby; your ligaments are loose, yet you have to (get to) hold 10 extra pounds in your weakened arms with your neck twisted and craning forward to gaze lovingly into their eyes. That's likely to cause some problems. Craniosacral therapists are trained to find those problems (usually 3 in specific) and release them for better resilience, strength and energy. That's it. Simple, gentle, and restorative. When you know you are struggling to find sleep, strength, physical comfort and stamina, let me help you find them. If I can't, I'll help you find someone who can.

I've worked with horses a few times now and each time was a delight. The first time, the injured horse declined working with another therapist who was called out to help him. This horse got up from a seated position to come to me and let me feel what was going on for him. His trainer was amazed. I was amazed.

My first experience with Traumatic Brain Injury was in a Craniosacral class. During mouth work my partner's nose started bleeding. I'd never seen anything like that. He told me it happened all the time as a result of multiple concussions he endured while playing high school football. It would be very interesting to to see if the issue resolves itself with advanced Craniosacral therapy or if something else interesting happens.
