So important to let your voice be heard💚
📣 Calling all celiac disease advocates!
The Celiac Safety Act was introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives by Congressman Emanuel Cleaver (MO) and Congresswoman Betty McCollum (MN). This bill would classify gluten-containing grains (wheat, rye, barley, and their crossbred hybrids) as major food allergens, requiring clear labeling on all food products that contain them, and improving the lives of the celiac disease community.
Contact your Representative and urge them to cosponsor this bill: https://celiac.org/2026/05/28/celiac-safety-act-of-2026-introduced-in-house-of-representatives/

🎉New Food Find🎉
Found the best gluten free mozzarella sticks at Publix in the frozen freezer section! They also have Crispy Chicken Bites, Crispy Jalapeño Bites, and many other food items on their website!
These are such a good snack or appetizer that are quick and easy to make! You can cook them in the oven or air-fryer for a few minutes and they are ready to eat!
I’m so glad I found a snack that is both easy to make and super tasty! If you want to order online their website is feel-good-foods.com! -xoxo Layla 💚

What a special night for the Celiac Awareness Project! 💚
We had our best meet-up turnout yet, and it was incredible seeing so many people come together to share experiences, encouragement, tips, laughs, and support.
Living gluten-free can sometimes feel isolating, but nights like this are a reminder that no one has to navigate it alone. Thank you to everyone who came, shared your story, brought a friend, or simply showed up.
This community is growing, and so is celiac awareness in our area. We can’t wait for the next meet-up already! ✨
Special shoutout to Woodlands Cafe for allowing us to host our meet-ups in their space!
