When I opened the doors to Lasso Customs, it was never about competing with other businesses or playing local politics, which, unfortunately, can feel pretty heavy around here.

It came down to a simple truth: I am just a creative individual, and making things is how I express myself. I thoroughly love graphic design, and I genuinely enjoy the hands on process of turning ideas into custom pieces people can actually use and wear.

Over this past year, that passion has allowed me to build incredible relationships with clients in Oklahoma, Texas, Montana, California, Iowa, and hopefully even more states soon! Plus, I was able to achieve a huge personal goal for this year: stepping further into design work for the show world. I’ve gotten to create designs for several cattle operations as well as livestock shows…. far more than I ever anticipated in my first year, which is so exciting to me!

I’ve spent years honing this craft and working toward my graphic design degree. I’m so close to finishing, but honestly, I’m in no rush. Between waiting on government funding for higher education, which feels a like waiting for rain in the middle of this drought, and watching how rapidly technology and digital tools are shifting the industry, I’m focused on real world practice and serving my clients. But that’s a story for another day.

What matters most to me right now is saying a genuine thank you.

Whether you’re someone local who stops into the shop or a client from miles away that I work with remotely, your support means the world to me. Thank you to everyone who has given me a chance, trusted me with their vision, and allowed me to help bring their ideas to life.
