Did you know that baby wearing is not only convenient, but there are some pretty amazing benefits for mom and baby? Studies show that it naturally releases oxytocin, which lowers postpartum stress, boosts milk production, and increases restful sleep for both of you.

There are so many different wraps out there, and although the choices and “how-to” can be daunting for a newbie, there’s one out there for every stage, size, and budget. If you’re local to central GA, come to our new mom’s group this Tuesday from 10-12 at Blessed Nest for the chance to try different wraps & slings, talk to experienced baby-wearing moms, and swap/sell/buy gently used ones.
