French Quarter Waffle. Chimichurri Flank Steak and Eggs. You get the picture. Throw in the bottle mimosas and you just might want to stay all day.
Oh. The very best part is the music. Authentic jazz from two of the best jazz musicians on the Gulf Coast, Mary Chavez and Lucas Ali Hein.

Mary Chavez, jazz vocalist, pianist and composer from Seattle, Washington, plays from the American songbook of jazz. A lifelong musician in Washington State, she is often compared to Diane Schur, Norah Jones, and Diana Krall because of her smooth jazz vocals and command of the piano. You will recognize pop tunes reworked in a jazz vein in her vast repertoire as well as jazz standards, contemporary jazz, Latin, reggae, and original compositions all mixed in with a global jazz sensibility.
Lukas Ali Hein, a jazz saxophonist originally from the Pacific Northwest, has lived, performed and taught throughout the globe. Lukas recorded a Bossa Nova album in Rio de Janeiro with the outstanding Brazilian jazz trio Dialeto Brasileiro and performed and taught for several years in the Caribbean at the Saint Lucia School of Music. Lukas plays with a distinctive tone and melodic approach reminiscent of Paul Desmond and Stan Getz. Through the saxophone, Lukas hopes to convey his gratitude for the beauty of life.
