Wow what a day it has been. First many of you know that my stress level has been in overload here lately. So I needed this trip. It has been a bitter sweet day. Although it is my birthday it would have also been my 42nd Anniversary. Bob isn’t here to celebrate with me as he has been gone for 27 years. Life must still go on as I am reminded that life is for the living. It has taken me 27 years to realize that. So today I celebrated on the water by kicking butts in the tournament for day one. 3 fish, big fish all for 6.65 pounds. Now to just continue this tomorrow. However while on the water I seen the phone booth to phone a friend if I needed one. The two guy sitting on the bank with a microwave warming there food. All while I was enjoying a RC cola and a banana moon pie.

While at the store everyone was busy cleaning up my mess (I’m sure BJ was behind that one) and having flowers delivered from my son and Marie.

I can’t go without saying a special thank you to Steve McGee for making this all happen this weekend. BTW he didn’t even pout when beat by a girl today. LOL

To all of you that have messaged, called or commented a big THANK YOU to all of you. I have read each of them and taken so many calls today that some had to go to voice mail but I have listened to them all. As BJ has said you all mean the world to me and I can’t image my life without all of you in it.

Now this old lady has to go to bed. I am exhausted. LOVE YOU ALL

Great news, Abate has received word from the state of Florida that we will be getting safety money. This money will be used to educate the communities about motorcycle safety. Yes I went there this morning. LOL

What a day. First thing this morning a truck pulls the cable line off the wall and pole. Line is no where to be found. Call Cox and was told it will be Monday, we’ll everyone knows that went over not so well. After a little convincing I had someone here in less than 30 minutes. Took 5 hours to get it all done but it was replaced, new equipment installed. All thanks to Nathan and Justin with Cox Cable. They rocked it and where very helpful in making sure I was a happy camper. Not only was that an issue today, my brother from another mother Mike Dinkel came and cut the jungle down behind the store. Thanks to all of them for saving my day.

The House of Representatives has scheduled a vote Thursday on H.R. 1435, the “Preserving Choice in Vehicle Purchases Act.” H.R. 1435 would amend the Clean Air Act to prevent a ban on the sale of internal combustion engines, effectively trumping any state law that outlaws their sale.
