November is Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, and the NMCRS Visiting Nurse Program wants everyone to know about the importance of Alzheimer’s screening. NMCRS Visiting Nurses provide chronic illness health education for active duty and retired Sea Service families through in-home visits, virtual health, and resources.
