Awful demo of glue down engineered floor repair. The house was built a few years ago by a builder who totally disregarded waterproofing the huge 3 piece sliding glass door in before floor installer installed wood. Water intrusion came blowing in underneath threshold causing slab to stay wet and destroying at least 50 sq ft.

Chicago brick installed over a basement floor with a stone enhanced sealer. Still needs a muratic acid cleaning. After full cure a final sealer over several coatings to get the finish the customer is looking for. Will post a video after the final procedures are completed for full effect right before turning it over to the client to enjoy for years and years and years!
