Melinda and I feel fortunate that Alica SalazReyes was there to assist us while shopping for a new lounge chair recently. She was very attentive and helpful, and we ended up purchasing a sofa, chair and a half and ottoman. She even had an excellent suggestion for lunch nearby.

Here’s the breakdown... I bought the couch april 19th. I received 4 of 5 pieces on May 18th. Which was 5 days later than the original delivery date. At which time I was told they only had 4 pieces. No one ever contacted me about not getting all of it, or when to expect it... nothing. I had to call them. At which point I was informed it would over a month to get the last piece. So, June 23rd is the date as of right now. tonight I went to sit down after work, and the couch broke... I’ve had this thing 2.5 weeks. 2.5 WEEKS. I’m done with this couch. 2 months, and I still don’t have the entire couch. I’ve had most of the couch for less than a month and it’s already broken. Not good quality. Not even mediocre quality. Sub par quality. Not worth my $2000 of hard earned money.

Wonderful place to shop

My daughter and her young family purchased (cash payment) a rocking/swivel recliner 2 days ago. They got it home and realized it was not the perfect fit or comfort level they had hoped for...When they called the store, the management/ salesperson to see if they brought it back to the store, could they exchange it for another chair...You told her that you would but they would have to pay a RESTOCK FEE of $103 for a chair they purchased for $413. Please help them out...All they want is a chair that they feel comfortable in. They are young and had no idea that it would cost that much to exchange a chair after purchasing it two days ago...

Do not buy the Guardian Protection Plan. It's a waste of money - the fact that Ashley stands behind and promotes this product means that I will never buy from Ashley again!
