• Only 1 person can use the bag at a time.
• Gloved and/or wrapped hands are required at all times.
• Kicking the bag, sparring, tackling and/or grappling is not permitted.
• Pull-ups from the frame are not permitted.
• Please DO NOT hang from the bag or stand.
• Limit use time to 20 minutes when others are waiting.
• Please clean the bag after use.
• Report all rips or tears to Fitness Staff immediately.

*We do not provide any form of hand protection.
*Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the facility and/or loss of access privileges.

Thank you to everyone that helped out at the Argos Go Green event! We were able to collect 185 lbs of trash! ♻️🌿

This past weekend some of our staff had the opportunity to attend the NIRSA National Basketball Tournament hosted by the University of Maryland. Jesus and Hunter were selected to officiate and Kelly served on the officials committee. They were also able to connect with UWF Competitive Sports alumni Wyatt Lee and Zach Kula! This was a great learning and networking opportunity for them and we can't wait to see what is carried over for our next basketball season.
