Base: $3.00 per call if duration > 1 min

Bonus: $3.00 per call if duration > 3 min
Bonus: $3.00 per call if duration > 4 min
Bonus: $3.00 per call if duration > 5 min
Bonus: $3.00 per call if duration > 6 min
