Attention Dads…This Thursday is our Annual Donuts with Dads event for our KAPS Students. We can’t wait to see all the Dads!!

The annual Donuts with Dads event for KAPS students at Achieve Academy will take place on Thursday, December 7th at 10:30 am. This event is exclusively for KAPS students in grades K-5. It is an opportunity for fathers and father figures to connect with the school and their children. The event typically involves activities, reading, and, of course, enjoying donuts together.

🦃🍪🍬 We want to give a big shoutout to Ms. T and her students for their amazing Project Based Learning activity! They put their creativity to work and made adorable turkeys out of cookies and candy. What a fun and delicious way to learn! Keep up the great work, Ms. T and students! 🌟📚

In celebration of National STEM Day on November 8th, we are thrilled to share the exciting activities our KAPS students participated in. Our students engaged in hands-on learning experiences that showcased the importance of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. From making homemade ice cream to conquering obstacle courses, our students had a blast while learning and innovating.

Happy National Pumpkin Day! 🎃 Yesterday, our KAPS students had an entire day of learning centered around pumpkins. From carving to cooking, they explored all the ways this versatile fruit can be used. Check out some of the highlights from their day below! They learned about the nutritional benefits of pumpkins and They even had a pumpkin-themed math lesson!

Here at Achieve Academy we’re always looking for a reason to reward our students for their positive behavior.
S/O to Mr. Wilcox and the Gulf Side students for their amazing display of maturity and integrity with a perfect ex*****on of yesterdays fire drill. They had no idea they were being observed or that there was a reward attached to the drill.

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and our Girls Circle Group put together some donation bags consisting of hygiene products, self-care items, and other necessities for the women staying at Favor House. Let's continue to raise awareness and support survivors of domestic abuse.

Happy birthday to Mr. Luckey! Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to making our school a better place. We're fortunate to have you as a staff member and mentor. Here's to another year of making a difference in our lives! 🎉🎂🎈

Yesterday was World Teachers Day and we decided to show our wonderful Teachers some much deserved LOVE!!
We want to take a moment to celebrate and acknowledge the dedication, commitment, and resilience of our teachers throughout this school year. You all have gone above and beyond to ensure that our students receive the best education possible, and we are grateful for all that you do. Thank you for inspiring, challenging, and supporting our students every step of the way. You deserve to be celebrated every day!

Today we wear blue and white, burgundy, or red and black to represent Spellman College, Morehouse, and Clark Atlanta University. All HBCU’s in Atlanta, Ga that make up the AUC!

HBCU Week is upon us!!!

Join us as we celebrate Historical Black Colleges and Universities this week! Every day we will be highlighting a different HBCU by wearing the colors of the schools identified on the calendar below. We start the week off by honoring Alabama State University, and wearing black and yellow.

Alabama State University is an HBCU located in Montgomery, Alabama, founded in 1867.

Let's show our support for ASU by wearing black and yellow on Monday!!

The learning environment on our Bayside Orange hallway is electric! Students are having fun while learning and growing. We're excited to continue our journey of excellence and innovation at Achieve Academy! Changing lives, one student at a time!!

What better way to celebrate than with a fresh homemade cheeseburger bar for our staff and SGA students? We want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Carter for his labor of love in cooking all those delicious cheeseburgers for today's celebration. Every chance we get to enjoy and celebrate on our campus, we take full advantage of it.

Attention all parents! You are cordially invited to our annual open house event, this Thursday from 6pm-7:30pm. Come and meet our dedicated teachers, tour our facilities, and learn more about our school's programs and curriculum. There will be dinner provided and door prizes! We look forward to seeing you there!

🎉 Fridays are for fun and today was no exception! KAPS Water Day was a huge success and as you can see the students had an amazing time 💦💧🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️. We're so proud of our students for earning this day by not having any major incidents and being rated a strength on the force field 🌟. Keep up the great work, everyone!

Early release next Wednesday

We at Achieve Academy had the opportunity to take 17 young men and women to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure in Orlando, Fl. This was more than a trip but it was much needed exposure for all of our students. A smooth bus ride with 2 weeks worth of snacks and drinks 😂 and a nice stay at 4 points by Sheraton. This was an amazing trip.

A little end of the year fun… Jersey day was a success.

Our annual Muffins with Mom was a huge success. Thank you to everyone for their participation.
