Two Southern Gals

We've had a busy summer☀️! Here's a fun new "trick" we learned. It's called the "linen look". We used paint, then a glaze, a small handheld broom and arm-r seal. We love trying new things!

Two Southern Gals has had a busy few months, and it's time to share one of our creations. A friend of April's wanted us to redo this buffet. It was an older, well loved piece that our client wanted us to re-emagine. It had some water damage that we had to repair. And the handles got an upgrade with good ol silver "rub ' n buff". This piece was in our client's family for many years. We hope she & her family can enjoy it for many more years to come!

It's been a while since posting, but we were quite busy last fall! Between grandmothering our grands and doing life, we completed 8 pieces of furniture for Valleydale Early Learning Center. We love redoing furniture for people. Especially when it's our former workplace. It was such a fun transformation!

It's been a busy summer for Two Southern Gals!🔆 We had the honor of redoing this beautiful French Provencial set, and we love how it turned out! We tried a new product this time on the top of the dresser and nightstand. It's called . It does an amazing job on laminate things! The paint we used is in "Stone Gray". The handles were updated with . It's a great way to update handles without spending a fortune on new ones. Overall, it was a fun project to do!

Our latest project! This table and chairs are very heavy pieces. Super sturdy! The top was done with a paint wash from the paint. The paint is "Greige" Evolution Farmhouse Paint. The chair covers are not as blue as this picture is showing. We just wanted to give it a pop of color! This was a fun project! We love trying different ways of painting.

This was such a fun project for us! We were asked to do this for a tennis friend of April's. She has a good eye for color! And we're in love with it!

April did a complete overhaul on this sideboard/buffet. She used Fusion Mineral Paint "Bellwood" color and stained the top. This would add a pop of color and a great addition to any home! Message if interested.

Jerri did an amazing job on this chest of drawers! She used Dixie Belle Silk Hampton Olive on the sides. Then, she cleaned the front drawers and used Restor-A-Finish to brighten the wood. This cod is available for $125! And would make a great addition to any home! Message us if interested!
