The video is long, but worth the watch. While this is not the best debate / discussion I’ve seen it is still conducted well.

I still come back to the thought: what law will PREVENT crime? What single law will stop a criminal from committing a crime? Secondly: If the media didn’t hype public shootings and wildly publicize atrocities involving fi****ms would fewer people become incentivized to copy cat those acts?

We are discussing a Beginner AR 15 class to be held in September or October. This will be a 6 hr class and cover the basics of the AR style rifle platform.

Something to keep in mind: The Ohio Revised Code has not been updated to include wording in regards to “constitutional carry” and how that pertains to transportation in a vehicle.

You will be directed to the congressional switchboard who will send you over to the Ohio office (Bernie Merino). From there they will ask your name & address to confirm you’re an Ohio resident and then you’ll have a couple minutes to speak your mind.

The Hearing Protection Act (in original language) will take suppressors off the NFA list. This means no $200 tax stamp, wait time, or federal registry. A suppressor would be treated the same as any firearm.

The SHORT act would remove short barreled rifles & shotguns from the NFA list with the same general treatment as any other firearm. “Short barreled” is defined as a barrel length less than 16” and an overall length under 24” if my memory is correct).
