I made chicken cutlets with a creamy lemon parmesan fettuccine.

Well babygirl is taken her sweet time. So while waiting I guess mommy will learn to bake sweets hah! Hillbilly has been wanting carrot🥕 cake and I've never really been a fan. So this recipe right here was perfect cause it makes 6 to maybe 7 cupcakes I kinda over filled mine.

Here we have a homemade carrot cupcakes and homemade cream cheese frosting. The frosting is a tad sweet for my profile but I don't really eat sweets .. I will definitely make these again perfect for Easter now I think about it ! 🐰

Homemade Mcrib! This was super bomb! Gary sent me a video for it and looked easy. Certainly was . I'm assuming better the McDonald's hah I have never had one. This will be added to the dinner menu.

Had ppl over in the new house! Made 4 corned beef, carrots, potatoes, and cabbage! This was so good ! Definitely hit the spot! Happy to have a full house and everyone fit comfortably 🥰

Puff pastry sausage rolls. You have an italian sausage cut in half and seared, white wine caramelized onions, and mozzarella cheese!!! I will be making these again 😋😋

Stuffed bell peppers... bell peppers, onions, garlic, crushed tomatoes, white rice topped with mozzarella!

Chuck roast French dip! With cheese and caramelized onions on top ! Soooooo goood.

Wine and lemon roasted chicken thighs with roasted red potatoes and onion! My dad made this so much as a kid with any bone in chicken we just called it "onorato chicken".
