Job description
Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW, LPC or LSW to work in a School Based Health Center as an independent clinical practitioner providing psychological and psychosocial counseling. Bilingual English/ Spanish speaking or English/ Bengali speaking candidates a plus. We seek accountability, empowerment, collaboration, compassion and results while maintaining the integrity of the Health N' Wellness Services model for integrative behavioral health.

Education: Masters Degree and License
We Will also consider an LSW seeking Clinical Supervision Hours which we provide.

Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
· Working knowledge in case management
· Experience in psychosocial assessment and therapeutic counseling
Principal Accountabilities
· Provides individual, group, case management to students and support to school, staff and families when needed through workshops and presentations.
· Develops psychosocial treatment assessments and treatment plans
· Works collaboratively with parents, community service providers, clinic staff and school staff to promote student emotional wellbeing and positive social skills.
· Completes and maintains notes/documentation in the EHR (Electronic Healthcare Record). Training on our EHR provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour depending on License and Skill set
