When I changed to a "plant-based" lifestyle, I had one goal in mind. To eliminate the two medications I was taking. Cholesterol and Blood Pressure medications. On October 17, 2023 in the middle of eating a steak and watching a documentary, after 10 minutes I decided I was done...After watching it, I wanted to stop taking those medications. Blood workup on February 28, 2024 and here we are today! One medication eliminated.
