Saturday June 27 we will be back on the grass at Fiction for our Saturday morning class!!
Please note class will be at 10!
We will meet on the lawn between the restaurant and the winery for our morning WOD.
If you’d like to stay for a no host lunch after please let me know so the restaurant can schedule accordingly.
Friends and family are welcome to join us for both fitness and food!! 🥂 💪🏼

Saturday at 9 am
We will be tackling murph, with our friends, family, community. We have lots of variations for every ability level.
A day to remember our why and be thankful that we get to do the work.
