🐾Multiple Off-Site Adoption Events
• Adoption fees are WAIVED at all events and in-shelter.
• Who’s coming? Pets attending each event will be posted here 1 hour prior to start time—keep an eye on our page! 👀
• Can’t make an event? Visit BCAS Baldwin, 12–5pm daily for same-day adoptions.

💉 Rabies Vaccination Clinic – This Wednesday

We are SUPER excited to announce our partnership with POHANKA AUTOMOTIVE for an adoption event!!!

ASD will be live at POHANKA CAPITAL HEIGHTS on Saturday, October 25th from 11am-2pm showcasing some of our shelter's adoptable dogs and cats!! 🐾

We would like to invite our community to come out and meet some of our shelter animals, there will be food and fun.

All adoption fees will be covered by the Pohanka team, so any dogs or cats taken to the event will have a waived adoption fee!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳
We hope to see everyone there!

Mark your calendars and join our friends and poets at Bay Ridge Wine and Spirits for an evening paying poetry homage to all things feline 😸😻😺 There will be light refreshments, wine tasting, cat poets of the Poet Laureate of Annapolis and adoptable cats too! $10 cash donation at the door supports our shelter animals. Keep your furry friends safe!

It takes just over a minute to burn a dog's paws. Please don't put your pup at risk. Early morning or late day walks...on grass...are your best bet.

Always remember too that Maryland law states, “a person may not leave a cat or dog unattended in a standing or parked motor vehicle in a manner that endangers the health or safety of the cat or dog.” Let’s keep them all safe 🐾❤️
