It’s good to see this case finally come to a close with a good result. I was the investigator for this case which started as an unlicensed practice case. While conducting interviews, I began learning of his disgusting behavior towards his victims and passed my casework on to Anchorage Police Department. This man also had a job as a bus driver for the Anchorage school district at one point during his assaults. Offenders, like this man always find jobs where they can easily assault their victims.

If you are not paying attention to HB 195 “Pharmacist Prescriptive Authorty Expansion” you need to be. It just passed in house finance committee today and will now be headed to the house floor. The problem with this bill is as written and currently amended it will allow every pharmacy in Alaska to turn into an abortion pill mill. We must stand against the expansion of availability of murdering babies in Alaska, protect women against the severe damage the abortion drugs do, and demand our legislators amend HB 195 and fight to prohibit the prescribing, administration, or dispensing of abortion drugs by pharmacists in pharmacies. Reach out to your legislator and tell them to vote NO on HB 195 and protect women and babies lives.
