Ar195 just got fresh OEM rebuild and now going back in. We really need a forklift but the crane seems to work so well for this !!

Seadoo GTX limited. Customer complaint. Starter clicks 5-6 times and idf error on screen with code p1915. On diag buds would try to get idf actuator in the forward position to crank but failed every time. . So we disassembled the gearbox to have a better look. Passed the resistance test but we were still not convinced it was good. Connected the actuator back to the ski and when start is pressed it should move to the fwd position. Well….. we get a lot of vibration but zero movement. Looks like a bad actuator.

Next up is a 21 Seadoo Fishpro for a IBR replacement. Squeezing in all the smaller jobs the next few days as we are slammed packed here. 14 skis and 5 boats for minor repairs and 7 full engine rebuilds going at once !!!! Not to mention audio sales are through the roof ! Making us come in early and leave late!
