Well we made the trip to Liberty, Kentucky for the Heart Breaker. Had a decent weekend.

Day 1:

SBO: Q:2nd F:1st

Super Heavy: Q:2nd F:3rd

Heavy: Q:13th F:9th

RWYB: Q:2nd F:3rd

Day 2:

Medium: Q:3rd F:4th

Heavy: Q:6th F: 10th

Had a solid weekend full of ups and downs but we secured 1 win. I just wanna thank my dad for everything he does and the things he does for me to be able to do what I do. John Paul Cox thank you for everything, that pink motor is a hoss. Showed a lot of speed, just wasn’t able to piece it all together. As always we gotta thank all the ones who support us and sponsor us to make all this possible.

Looking forward to it again this year

Well Aaron unexpectedly ended up racing yesterday. Went to Greenville indoor to watch and ended up stepping in to drive our buddy Todd Taylor’s ride. Todd was doing tires for a bunch of classes and wanted to focus on that instead of racing too. He had entered super heavy and sumo so that’s what Aaron ran. Didn’t get to practice so straight to qualifying, P2 in super heavy, and p4 in sumo. Come feature time Aaron ended up p2 in super heavy and took the w in sumo. Gotta thank Todd for the opportunity and having the tires on point. And thanks to the Russel’s for letting Aaron ride. Now we prepare for liberty indoors in a couple weeks. Hopefully we can carry this momentum after a good start to the year!

Well Aaron’s first trip to Daytona is in the books, and although we may not have got the finishes we hoped for, Aaron showed he could run with the big dogs and had a great time. He ran a total of 8 classes across 3 days, making all but one A main. Considering the competition that in itself was a feat. Qualified inside the top 10 in 4 classes, and pulled off a top 5 finish in one. Gotta thank the Lynchs with C2 Motorsports for all they do for us and making this trip possible, Chris worked his butt off all weekend on tires and set up.
