Fresh Patch LLC is an e-commerce company that delivers hydroponically grown grass patches to pet owners within the United States. On July 6, 2010, the Fresh Patch Company began operating from its headquarters in Florida. Its flagship product is a disposable pet commode consisting of hydroponically grown grass within a cardboard container. Patent and Trademark Office issued a patent for the construction and continuous delivery/replacement method of the product. On February 3, 2015, the company pitched its product on the ABC television show Shark Tank. President Andrew Feld made the pitch, with the main points being the $1 million in sales, subscription-based business model, and plans to reduce shipping costs by establishing an East Coast distribution facility. On the show, Barbara Corcoran and Mark Cuban made a combined offer of $150,000 for a 20% stake in the company.

Monica Matute has fostered more dogs than most of us can count, and when it came to Sally, she needed a solution that made potty breaks feel safe instead of scary. Fresh Patch gave her a quiet, consistent spot on the balcony — same grass, same routine, no chaos. And according to Monica? It’s done wonders.

Meet Riven, one of the newest and most lovable members of the Fresh Patch office! 🐶💚
Riven comes to work every day with Yvette, and we’re pretty sure she’s quickly become one of our team’s favorite coworkers. From making her rounds around the office to keeping Yvette company, she brings a little extra energy and plenty of tail wags to the workday.
What’s even more special is that Riven was adopted from one of our shelter partners Paw Works 🐾
Supporting shelters and rescues is a big part of what we do at Fresh Patch, so getting to see a rescue dog like Riven thrive in her forever home is one of the best parts of those partnerships.
We’re lucky to have you around, Riven! And thank you, Yvette, for sharing your best coworker with us. 💚
