I have dealt with Recreation Warehouse for several years and must tell folks who are shopping for a great company 'stop looking! you are here'. The crew is great, they got my spa onto my 10'x40' covered porch without taking the rail off, amazing. The Insulation factor in my Dimension One Spa @ Home Series is amazing, I increased the size of my spa and the electric bill actually went down $20. They work with insurance companies and deductibles, I didn't have to do anything. They are the closest company to Lansing that carries SPAPURE by Haviland which I have learned from experience is the best product to extend the life of my spa because it is so pure with minimum 'other ingredients' 3% so check what you are using currently and compare. I give them a 5 star plus! See ya this weekend at the 3 Day sale, I'll be stocking up!

John, Jeff and Andrew did an awesome job of installing my new hot tub. I was very pleased with the tutorial John gave me on hot tub maintenance.
