Nice looking work, good friend of mine Ted Smith mentioned your shop today. I will need some trans work done to a 1960 swing axle bus in the near future. Do you work on these early units as well as the later bus transmissions?

Also, doing some minor tune up on a 3 rib `70 bus trans, updating shifter ball, doing side seals etc. Was wondering what you recommend for sealant on transmissions? I see Weddle mentions Three Bond.

Also do you stock and sell trans parts?

VW Transaxle repair and build I have been around VWs since my childhood. My parents started me out by taking me trail riding in their VW based dune buggy.

As soon as I could turn a wrench I was helping my dad work on our buggy. I worked for Green's Buggy Shop servicing VWs. In 2005 I built my first VW Transaxle and have been building them ever since. I have built them from stock to completely wild. I can repair, rebuild or custom build a VW trans for your needs.
