Our new procedures are being tested already. This morning a truck entered our lot and police were notified. Police were able to make it in time to catch them in action. There were 2 thieves (one male/one female). They were able to arrest the female but the male took off on foot and they were unable to locate him as of now. They did impound their truck so we have high hopes that he will soon be found. Thank you to the bravery of the Owosso Police Officer that made the arrest and all of the State Troopers and K-9 that aided in the search and investigation! We are continuing to add higher security to keep all of our vehicles and building safe. We are hopeful that this will be the last time. If you would continue to keep an eye out and share our post, we greatly appreciate it!!!

All of us at Flagg's Automotive value our customers and their vehicles!! We have done our best and tried to put in place extra efforts to avoid this happening at our repair facility. Unfortunately there are some criminals out there that feel they want to help themselves to vehicles in our lot. If you could please help us keep an eye out for this vehicle we would appreciate it. Unfortunately, this is the second time in three weeks that there have been convertors stolen (no other harm). We will be making changes to our parking lot and the way we do things to keep the vehicles protected more in the future. The sherriffs department will also be monitoring our lot frequently. We do not take this lightly as we pride ourselves on taking care of our customers.
