Are you ready to take on a unique combined role?
We’re looking for a motivated, ambitious individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and Chip Repair Technician. This dual role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys helping customers, and is eager to learn. No experience in chip repair? No problem—training will be provided!
What you’ll do:
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, positive attitude. Handle inquiries, resolve issues (even with unhappy customers), and create a welcoming experience for every client.
Chip Repairs: Perform chip repairs on auto glass with precision and care. (Training provided to ensure you’re confident and skilled in this area.)
Use your sales experience to drive revenue and meet business goals.
Travel locally as needed to perform onsite repairs for customers.
What we’re looking for:
Sales experience and a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
Strong communication skills and the ability to “smile through the phone.”
Reliability and a strong work ethic—no laziness or no-shows here!
A passion for learning new skills and providing top-tier customer service.
A self-starter who’s eager to maximize their earning potential through hard work.
