Walls. Steps. Granite. Thanks to Consumers concrete for an excellent product with their AB Wall and 4 foot wide steppers. Basement entrance is complete and ready for use.

This hill was difficult for the customer to maintain so we made some small adjustments and reset the stones, allowing for fresh plantings and a better or easier solution to maintain the hill.

Back in August we installed the original retaining wall and patio. Client asked for additional walls to be added so we accomplish this the first week of October. We added 17 feet of wall to the step which meant we had to relevel the patio. Then we added a short retaining wall outside their basement entrance. Great job fellows .

This house had an older slate paver patio and a rough wooden deck behind the house. We removed all of it, releveled the base, installed a boulder wall, added some mulch beds and installed 475 sq feet of Ohio blue 1”slate.

Our mowing crew will be operational on. Monday servicing all accounts. The office however will be closed Aug 31-Sept 2. We will be back open on Tuesday Sept 3.

Some projects take lots of planning and this one was no different. Many moving parts in this patio/walkway/firepit/landscape. From nothing to something in 6 days thanks to a solid working landscape team. Consumers concrete wall block and unilock fossil flagstone patio with a custom cut dimensional step, and a custom set of inset steps and a propane fire pit. 24” boulders outline a new mulch bed with triple shred walnut mulch and a rose hibiscus and a hydrangea tree.

Looking for someone to join our mowing team this summer and into the fall. Current drivers license is a must have and able to show up on time. Will be working outside in the elements. If interested call 9896668157 and set up an interview. All interviews are working interviews.

Shout out to Dominic Savage this next week is his last week as he returns to school. He came on board this summer green as can be. But he hung in there, learning a ton about pavers, retaining walls, how to screed sand, how much mulch to spread, how heavy the boulders really are and how to crack a joke in 95 degree heat. Pretty cool how he just kept coming to work every day and putting full effort in, no matter what. Looking forward to having him continue with us into the year.

Consumers Concrete making a much needed delivery today. We will be busy next week turning all that block into a cool new outdoor living area for a client! Stay tuned for updates!

Some weeks have multiple projects. This
Stone project was on a couple of steamy days. Moving plants, installing river rock in the center island, creating a boulder border with 1-2” limestone edging alongside the concrete. Later in the week the crew took on bed creating for two different customers and the Harris Electric team helped us out with some really nice landscape lighting. More to come as this projects near completion. Bobo hydrangeas, green velvet boxwoods, geraniums and astillbes.

While mow crew was rolling, these guys were knocking out a great project. Brussels Mahogany Ash patio with walkway. A single dimensional step down from the garage door. Soldier course in mahogany ash as well. Humid warm days and this crew keeps on moving. Well done fellers!

Spent my week rolling with mow crew and their Kubota train. These guys are awesome at what they do. It was a pleasure working with them and seeing what they are doing in all our yards. Well done crew!
