ive bought several vehicles from the perry store and have nothing but good things there,however i order a car through owosso store waited over 6 months and now the salesman sales manager and sales general manager is tring to rush me into this sale...i wouldnt recomend this place to anyone

after 28 years of going to the same place to work it is my last day. i have met alot of amazing people. made some good friends. i am looking forward to the future with William Shafer and see what kind of memories we can make. The service department at this Dealership is a rip-off,the service person at the desk lies about what is needed done,at least in my case this is what happened.I was told my tierod needed replaced,I took my car in had it replaced.I was then told I needed all wheel bearings replaced,my air conditioning compressor needed replaced, several small leaks coming from my engine,I told Brent Whittemore I couldn't afford it at this time.I had my nephew (who is a car mechanic) replace my wheel bearings,He checked it out,He said I only needed 1 wheel bearing replaced,After he was done he informed me the bolt of the tie rod was never tightened, nothing wrong with myair compressor,which he showed me,ac working fine.Before anyone asks me why I didn't go to my Nephew to replace my tierod,He works a full time job and does Auto mechanic work on the side.He also put the diagnostic test on my engine,no leaks.Thank you very much Signature Ford Repair Shop.Very dishonest, totally way too expensive,and don't appreciate because Iam a woman I don't know enough to check out what is really going on with my car,I will never go there again,not even for oil changes. I will share my experience

Worst experience purchasing a car I have ever had! If you are an internet buyer beware!!! I have a service number from Ford to verify and prove out this purchase disaster. I have dealt with Joe Falzon the president, Richard Frieling(whom Ford said to contact), my sales person(Not naming as I believe this is beyond her control except for the mileage omission), and the purchasing person whom even hung up on me(Yes I was angry yet professional with her but do not have her name). The vehicle had 1500 more miles than the paperwork said in which I had agreed to purchase via phone(3 days prior I test drove and have paperwork stating the mileage-I live 4 hours away-1500 additional miles in 3 days!!! REALLY!!!!). They "told" me that all taxes and fees were paid and that my plate would be mailed to me. Not true as the state of Indiana doesn't allow this by law. As a consumer I trust that purchasing a certified vehicle from a Ford dealer would know the laws and facts....and if not at least be up front and not lie about it. They even hire a 3rd party to handle titles that still has not responded to my last message. 2 weeks after the paper plate has expired I still have no plate. A week of this is probably not their fault, thank you Indiana, but sitting on the paperwork IS and being bounced around as to whom to speak with is less than professional! 2 weeks with a 2016 Ford Explorer Platinum and no legal plate is ridiculous. Disappointing for sure and any buyer should know this experience and that they have offered no assistance in resolving this issue. In fact, they have made matters worse with the lack of care and compassion with my contact. I would avoid this dealer for any purchase!!!

my RAT ROD. 1931 Ford 5 window rumbleseat coupe. It runs great .
It has a 302 4 bbl, 4spd and 9 " ford rear, trailing link rear, straight axle front end and fuel cell. all mounted on a frame and capped with some ugly bumpers. Oh! and an asskicken stereo to boot.
I found it in the newspapar for only $2,500. SCORE!
The only thing I can find wrong is some minor electrical wiring problems.
