Now that the snow is melting we are finally making some progress on the framing. A couple of key details on the framing materials on this home are the upgraded subfloor and wall sheeting. Common problems with a low quality subfloor. Moisture retention during the build process which can lead to nail pops, squeaks and uneven floors which results in rework before the finish floor can go in. LP weather logic sheeting is another upgrade that helps in your overall home efficiency with a tight building envelope. With the use of both of these products we can eliminate a lot of unnecessary headaches down the road. Interested in learning more?
