Thank you for your work! My key was stuck in the ignition switch and Mr. Skelton couldn't fix it completely, but got it where I could use it. Thank you so much!

Skelton's Key and Lock

I had a issue with finding a key to my 14' chevy Silverado. It was a Sunday so obviously most option were limited and had to pay extra for impound and for a key. I first contacted a business out of eldon , truck was in camdenton. We drove out to the business to get the key from this company being told would be spending 150$ to 200 $ max. We got there and the gentlemen said it would be 250$ due to unknown reasons and we already went to ATM cause he wanted cash. About this time I begin making contact with Mr. Skelton for advice or any input. Through him I learned the process and the ins and outs on getting this key and making it proper. All of which was not told or explained by the company in eldon of which I paid 250$. I got the key drove all the way to camdenton tow yard where I had to pay a extra 100 $ to get truck on a Sunday. The key did not work. Not only that it would not even slide into lock. Totally wrong key. My heart sank. I remembered the man in Eldon saying nonrefund. I called him right then. He offered no advice but to come back and cut a new key. But the only key he could cut was the code he had on key he already made. Drive all the way back and forth to make another wrong key? I call Mr. Skelton back and made a point ment for Monday first thing. He showed up on site where vehicle was. He had uniform. Company truck. And full knowledge of what he walked into. I felt complete change of mood when I saw his confidence and the professional manner of which he conducted himself. Remember at this point all Sunday answered my calls giving any advice or any information I needed or asked for made an appointment invested time and energy on this project and not once asked for a penny at this point but made it very clear the amount I was looking for if I took him for business. Which let me say with $100. $150 less Plus no commute back-and-forth from Eldon he was their hands on with my truck and was not gonna leave until my truck started and we left together. He immediately took my Vin number and started this process before I could turn back around he said I will be back I'm going to make the key. Within 10 minutes he pulled back into the tow yard walked back reached out his hand and hand me the key stuck it under the door of my truck slid straight in and unlock my door. Reached and put it in the ignition and I heard the ding on my dash and I couldn't believe my eyes. He then without a blink of an eye went into his routine of finishing explaining how to go through security process to be on my way. Then another speed bump game I had to have the key manually programmed I panicked again in the most professional manner calm cool and collected he made one phone call to his men and had a computer and his tech guy on site within 10 minutes they programmed my key as she sat there talking with me explaining different things on the situation at hand and I learned a lot I was never left out on any information. Within minutes I heard the roar of my engine I cannot explain how much this is meant to me if it wasn't for this company I would still be running in circles figuring out how to get a Key. Due to my situation and understanding and the compassion he had he charge me $100 no if you look at the time and energy he invested and fuel and man-hours. If I could go back I could've saved $100 at the tow yard and $150 for the key and if you want money to go to Eldon back-and-forth strictly because of the way Mr. Skelton operated his business professionally and relentless and very efficient and I don't want that to go un noticed. People like that are hard to come by nowadays what a long a whole company based upon that and I want to thank you Mr. Skelton for helping me and getting my truck back going in on the road so I could get to my job. I recommend Skelton's key and lock to anyone. Put it this way if I lived in Eldon I would pay extra to have him come to Eldon for a service rather than the guide on the road because I would know the job will get done correctly and efficiently with the customer in mind the whole time thank you again

I called skelton and the guy I ha here in Lebanon done all he could do and fought and fought plum down to taking door panel off of my wife's car and oing hinges the difficult way and then had found the key we had lost. They will take time to help and do all they can do without giving up when ur in dire need. Give this place a call when u need a locksmith. Thanks for ur service!
