Some adoptions just hit a little differently. 🥹❤️

Sully was one of our longest foster kiddos. He waited…and waited…while we kept telling him that somewhere out there, his people were going to find him.

And then came Beverly & Steven. ❤️

They took a chance on the big, lovable guy who had been waiting so patiently for someone to see what we had always seen in him. And judging by these pictures…we’d say Sully has made himself VERY comfortable in his new life. 😂🏡🐾

He has a home.
He has a family.
He has comfy beds, sunny yards, snuggles, toys and even a tiny grand-human to supervise. 🥰

Most importantly, he belongs.

Beverly & Steven, thank you for opening your hearts and your home to Sully. Thank you for choosing the dog who had been waiting longer than most. Seeing him this happy, safe and loved is everything we could have hoped for. ❤️

This is what makes rescue all worth it. Sometimes the wait is long, but the right home is worth waiting for.

💐 A bouquet from Marley… for the person she’s still waiting to meet. 💐

Marley has so much love to give. She just needs someone to finally give it to. ❤️

She’s been waiting for a home where she can be someone’s one and only—the girl who gets all the belly rubs, all the couch snuggles, all the car rides, and most importantly… the security of knowing she’s finally home for good.

Marley is about 2–3 years old and 45 lbs of sweetness, silliness and affection. She loves toys, puzzle games, cuddling with her people, and she absolutely adores children. 🧸💕

Marley has met and played with other dogs, but she can be a little bit of a bossy diva—and not every dog appreciates a woman who knows what she wants. 😂👑 Because of that, we’re looking for a home where Marley can be the only pet and soak up all the love she’s been waiting for.

Somewhere out there is a family who doesn’t need another dog to complete their pack.

They just need Marley. 🥹❤️

A little Brownie update for your lunch break! 🐶🤎✨🐾

Miss B is doing GREAT in her furever foster home! 🏡💖 If you remember... we were looking for a quiet retirement home for our old gal... well... little Miss Brownie Batter was having absolutely NONE of that! 🙅🏻‍♀️😝

She is having an absolute ball with her furry brothers, Clifford and Buck, and has officially declared herself the President of the Fun Committee! 🎉🥳👑 She HAS to be the center of all the action! 😂

She and Clifford cannot get enough of each other. 🥰 She follows his every move, and he is totally intrigued by her. She even tries to get some play action started with him. 🎾 This spunky senior’s still got it! ❤️

Of course, a good play session leads to an EPIC nap, 😴🥱 and she loves her little den in the closet where she can snore as LOUD as she can and sleep as long as she wants, undisturbed 🛏️💤

She loves being outside in the sun ☀️ and she does it in style! Just look at that adorable little summer dress! 💃❤️🌺

We can’t thank you all enough - Jeannie, for welcoming her in when she needed a place to go, 🏡🤗 and Danielle, Hailey and Keith, for giving her the love, fun, and furry friendship she’s been missing. 🐶🐾💕

You guys are all SO, SO awesome! 🙌👏🤩

Apparently Ronnie has been ghosted by the entire internet. 👻😂

No applications. No inquiries. Not even a “tell me more about that adorable little face.”

Meet Ronnie, affectionately known as Reesie Roo — a 3-ish-year-old professional couch warmer who is currently accepting applications for the position of Forever Family.

Qualifications she brings to the household:

🐾 Excellent leash manners
🏡 House trained AND crate trained
💉 Up to date on vaccines
💕 Absolutely loves children
🧸 Playful when the mood strikes, champion snuggler the rest of the time
✨ Spayed and microchipped
🛋️ Requires very little convincing to participate in a lazy day

Ronnie is happiest living a quieter life. She isn’t looking to be the mayor of the dog park or your copilot on a cross-country adventure. Her idea of a successful Saturday is more along the lines of hanging out at home with her people, getting some belly rubs, and making absolutely no plans. 😂

She would thrive in a calm, lower-energy home and would prefer to be your one and only pet — which seems fair considering she plans to occupy approximately 97% of your heart anyway. 💛

Ronnie is available for foster OR adoption, and somewhere out there is a family who is going to wonder how this sweet girl sat waiting without a single application.

💘 LOOKING FOR A SASSY POTATO? 🥔

Meet Marley — 45 lbs of squishy bulldog, professional cuddle potato, belly-rub enthusiast, and part-time household supervisor. 🐶💕

Marley is about 2 years old and has a very simple list of requirements for her future family:

📍 Sanford, FL
💕 Unlimited belly rubs
🧸 A respectable toy collection
🧩 Puzzle games to exercise her giant potato brain
🛋️ A comfy couch for important bulldog business
👧 Kids! She LOVES kids
👑 And preferably… no other pets competing for her throne

Marley has met and played with other big dogs, but sometimes she gets a little bossy (mainly inside the home). And by “a little bossy,” we mean Marley occasionally feels compelled to remind everyone that she is management. 😂

Some dogs appreciate strong female leadership. Others have filed complaints with HR.

So we think Marley would be happiest as your one and only spoiled potato princess — soaking up all the attention, affection, snacks, and couch space for herself. 👑🥔

She’s playful, affectionate, goofy, cuddly, and ridiculously sweet. Basically, if you’ve been thinking, “You know what my house is missing? A compact bulldog-shaped dictator who loves children and belly rubs…”

Meet Jinx: A Little Weird, A Lot Lovable 💙🐾

Jinx is looking for his forever home—and we’re going to be VERY honest about this little bulldog because the right home for Jinx is out there. We just need to find it. ❤️

Jinx is what we lovingly call a “special needs” dog… but his special needs aren’t physical. His brain just comes with a few extra settings. 😂🧠

He is a quirky, stubborn, easily-overstimulated little bulldog who is NOT an easy dog. And we mean that in the most loving way possible.

But once Jinx settles in and trusts you? He is an absolute character. ❤️

🐾 A few things his future family REALLY needs to know:

• Jinx is currently fostered with a 100-lb Mastiff and does AMAZING with him. In fact, Jinx LOVES having a big dog buddy to roughhouse and play with. A confident, appropriate canine companion could be a huge plus for him.

• No kids. Not “maybe older kids.” Not “we’ll see how he does.” And not a home where kids regularly visit. The energy and unpredictability of children overstimulates Jinx, and when he gets worked up, he can jump up and puppy-chomp. He could accidentally hurt a child.

• Jinx is on lifelong anxiety medication, and we have seen a HUGE improvement since starting it. His medication will be part of his forever care.

• His adopter needs to be VERY patient. Jinx is stubborn. Jinx is quirky. Jinx can be a handful. 😂 He needs someone who will give him time to decompress, learn his personality and work with him—not someone expecting a perfectly polished dog on Day 1.

• His mobility is actually pretty good for playing and zooming around, but those adorable little bulldog legs have their limitations. 🥹 He cannot safely navigate stairs, so a home requiring multiple stairs for regular access isn’t a fit.

• Pools require serious precautions. If Jinx fell into a pool, his little body and limited swimming ability could put him in a life-threatening situation. A pool home would need very strict safety measures.

• He may need prescription food for urinary health for a period of time while we continue evaluating whether he can transition to a non-prescription diet. When he came into rescue, he was experiencing frequent UTIs, but that issue has resolved after treatment and neutering.

• Jinx also had nasal passage surgery through our rescue and has been doing wonderfully! His poor breeding made breathing especially difficult, particularly outside. His forever family will need to continue being mindful of heat and exercise—Jinx is not a dog who should spend long periods outside, especially in Florida heat. ☀️🥵

So… why are we telling you ALL of this?

Because Jinx deserves the right home, not just any home.

We don’t want someone to fall in love with his adorable face, bring him home, and then discover that his quirks and needs are more than they expected.

We want someone to read ALL of this and think:

“Yep. I can handle that little weirdo.” 😂❤️

Because if that’s you… you might be exactly what Jinx has been waiting for.

He doesn’t need a perfect person. He needs a patient, committed, understanding person who will advocate for him, respect his boundaries and love him for the wonderfully weird bulldog that he is.

Jinx isn’t for everyone.

And that’s okay.

We’re looking for HIS person. 🐾💙

Hi friends! It's Happy Tail Tuesday! ☀️ Here’s a sweet one for you 🥰

Tessa was found wandering all alone, skin and bones. 💔 Despite efforts to locate her owners, no one came forward. 😞

That’s when our amazing Diana welcomed her into her fold without hesitation. From day one, Tessa showed just how special she is... sweet, resilient, and overflowing with love. 🥹❤️ A huge, heartfelt thank you to Diana for fostering her. You have never turned away a dog in need, and the world is truly a better place because of people like you. 💕🐾

It didn’t take long for Tessa’s forever family to find her! Mike and Amanda knew their home had room for one more four-legged love, and Tessa fit right in 🧩. She has officially joined her Bully Up alum sister, Luna, and we couldn’t be happier! 🥳❤️

Now these two brindle beauties spend their days playing together 🎾, cuddling up for epic naps 😴 and making every family adventure twice as fun! 🐶🐶💕

Congratulations to Tessa, Luna, Mike, Amanda and boys on your perfect happily ever after! Thank you for giving not one, but TWO Bully Up pups the amazing life they deserve. ❤️🏡🐾
