Day 1 of the PRI show today and it’s only right to recognize the QUEEN who doesn’t get anywhere near the recognition she deserves: the beautiful miss Jacklyn Cannon!

If you’ve ever been around us at the track you know that Jayquellin is an absolute badass that never sits down. She knows about and does do just as much on these cars as the “big strong boys” even though she’s “just a girl!”

JQ is in her fifth season now of driving for the Maneisis family at our home track Great Lakes Dragaway in Union Grove, WI. She’s been a best so far of 7.99@ 168mph in her Bunny Burkett tribute Cotton Pony Pinto, and has also driven FOUR other cars into the 8’s! Not only will she outwork your ass every day of the week and twice on Sunday, she sure can drive too!

It’s a shame in drag racing that the driver in the seat gets all the recognition in that moment, as it truly takes the whole team behind you to make all this happen. Thank you Jacklyn, I love yous 😚

Casanova!

Definitely our favorite car we’ve had the opportunity to work with over the years. This beautiful 65 Chevy II was powered by a Dart 427 LS with All Pro heads and intake and a Precision 94mm turbo. It weighed 3030lbs with me in it and within our limited passes on it we went 4.500 on a 28” 275 tire. Casanova was beautiful inside and out, street legal, and the dome light even worked when you opened the door!

Time to bring this page back from the dead!

After we went 5.99@ 235mph to the 1/4 mile in our roots blown Vanishing Point ‘63 Corvette Pro Mod back in September of 2018, we sold the car as a roller to our friends the Philpot family and haven’t posted to this page since then even though we’ve been doing a whole ton of racing!

First trip down memory lane since that last post brings us back to August of 2019 and my first time on a drag radial tire and first time in a turbo car. This beautiful Nova temporarily belonged to Curtis Martin out of Kenosha, WI who I can’t think enough for putting me behind the wheel. We only raced this car once and truthfully didn’t do all too well that outing but I sure learned alot! This car at the time was and I believe still is the quickest leaf spring suspension car in the world. It was powered by a 565ci TKM BBC with a 118mm Precision turbo.

I’ll be posting more frequently to this page recapping all of the incredible opportunities we’ve been apart of over the last many years that has all lead up to us qualifying for the quickest Pro Mod field in history this past weekend!
