The crowd gets quieter here.
The work gets heavier.
And the only person left to beat…
is the one staring back at you in the mirror.

Your next opponent is YOU.

7th overall.

My first time finishing in the overall Top 10.
A small moment maybe — but a big one for me.

Thank you for for this event👏

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭.
•My 2025 running journey comes to an end•
First half marathon 2:13:45
The starting point.
An honest, hard race with no illusions.
That’s where a system began — not random runs “when there’s time.”
San Francisco — 1:30:24, top-5 in age group. -43 minutes in six month. This is more than progress. It’s proof that the chosen path works.
From heel striking → to forefoot running. Technical transition without injuries. Deliberate. Gradual. No setbacks, no damage.
A rare case — and a strong indicator of a mature approach.
After OUC Half (1:35:43), it felt like the resources were gone.
Like I was “broken.”
Aramco Half proved otherwise — 1:24:21 (Strava).
So the limit wasn’t physical. It was mental.
And it has been moved.

Everyone said cutting minutes would get harder. They were right.
I’m still doing it.

But each race faster than the previous one.
No gambles. No sharp jumps.
No health sacrificed.
The progress isn’t accidental — it’s cumulative.

This year wasn’t about chasing records for the sake of records.
It was about building a foundation.
My 2026 journey has just began

This race wasn’t about pushing harder.
It was about holding back long enough to finish strong.

1:24:21 — a new personal best in the half marathon.
But the number matters less than the ex*****on.

No early spikes.
No chasing.
No survival mode.

Just steady work, kilometer after kilometer, and a finish that felt earned — not borrowed.

Some days test you. All of them shape you.
Still showing up. Still building. Houston is next.
