Feeling the holiday spirit at Disney Springs tonight!
Today, we are decking The Strolling Piano out for its Christmas appearances on select nights at Disney Springs. Come check it out tonight from 6-10p!
Last night's event was PACKED with amazing music: custom acapella tune performed by phenomenal vocalists, a killer zydeco set from one of the coolest chicks around, a blues set that was anything but mellow, Vintage Vinyl played an energetic set for the swing dancers in the group, and a finale production number straight out of Nashville with some really incredible dancers. Stay tuned for video. We had a blast!

This week, we have a chance to be part of a truly special event, The Creative City Project. Whenever I mention this amazing event to my professional artist friends, too many of them don't know about it and so we are going to do our best this week to make you all aware of this collaborative art and performance event happening right here in Orlando, this Saturday night from 5-11. I could go on and on about why I(Stephanie, in this post) believe so many from the professional musical industry in Central Florida are unaware of this evening, but I think a lot of it boils down to BUSYness. We're all so busy building our professional creative careers that we occasionally lose sight of the joy that making music and art brings to our lives and the ways it benefits and enriches the community where we live and thrive. I know for certain that there is no other place like Central Florida for the professional musician. I'm so proud to be a part of this industry and this community. I want to shout it from the mountaintops. And that is what The Creative City Project is doing this Saturday, October 15, from 5-11. Please, fellow professional entertainers, take the night off and join your community in creative expression!
