ZR1 wing strikes again! This time on ‘s Z06. So far this is the 3rd instance I’ve seen.
Let’s face it, most ZR1 owners or buyers of the ZR1 wing likely aren’t hitting 180MPH regularly for this to ever be a concern. However if you are apart of the few like myself that frequent these speeds on track, it could be an issue for you. Not certain if it’s every car, or a rare few. The sample size of ZR1s on track has been so small that it’s hard to tell.

The room is under vacuum and the Dyno operator said they’d never seen a car blow the doors open lol. This car moves so much air it’s crazy!

126 dB at IDLE. Modern Formula 1 car is 130 dB. This system is essentially the loudest you can make the ZR1, barring removing the turbos themselves lol
Stay tuned next week I’m tossing it on the Dyno to see how much power we’re making with full bolt ons. Been a while since we’ve tested power figures for the car.
I am now partially deaf thanks to Competition System for the ZR1, and Intake increasing the spool sound. Putting it on the Dyno next week to see what power we’re at with the stock tune.

The V10s seemingly are more reliable, but the V12s are terribly problematic. I have more miles on the Aventador platform than even most current owners, yet I’d never own one again. When it worked, it was amazing, but it rarely did.
New Exhaust from is on! More videos coming of startup, before & after comparison, Dyno videos, and overall experience with the system. So far, sounds insane and is definitely going to spit some flames.
It is extremely loud, video does not do it justice.

ZR1 gets a full new exhaust from , and a set of drag radials from . Whole car was just paint corrected and ceramic coated by my great friend , he’s the best in the business. Then it’s off for full body PPF before we head back to the track.
Z06 is all good to do sitting on .
The Challenger just got checked over by and looks like it needs a set of valve cover gaskets and potentially a reach main seal 🌝, but after that it’s all good to go to some shows.
Two Car shows tomorrow AM! Corvettes and Coffee at then to for Revs & Reps Car Show.

New Exhaust for my C8 ZR1! I have a feeling this will be my favorite system I’ve had on the car yet. Stainless steel, 85lbs lighter than stock, catless, and the loudest for sure.
