Sometimes, the smallest projects have the biggest payday. This really sweet lady from Boston had moved to the area and found my number. She asked if I could hand a couple of “pictures” for her. I told her, since it’s “ONLY” a couple of things as she led me to believe, I told her it would be cheap! Well, I found out that it was going to be upwards around a dozen and a half or more of pictures, paintings, mirrors, etc and I had to raise ⬆️🧾my price; … she didn’t flinch. Lol lol 👏🏾👏🏾😆🤓 💵💰I love clients like her. She understood that she’ll get what she paid for with me. And she did! 🖼️🪞🖼️🪞🖼️

This project was a true EMERGENCY DESIGN! A flood in the home called for the need for removing the water damage, drying the house out, and then removing and replacing walls, flooring, drywall and an entire bathroom. But never the less the previously damaged foyer, and living room next to the bathroom was transformed into a contemporary homemakers dream.

Sometimes, doing things a bit old fashioned for a client is the best way to do it! Instead of getting all technical with computerized modern technology, I simply went back to the old Drawing ✍️ Board LITERALLY‼️ The Old Worlde French Bleu theme was a hit!

Old world Jacobean Painted Finished details. The painted finish is supported by a subtle Crackle sub-finish.

I did some painted work to refurbish these solid old pieces for a client. Good heavy old world pieces just needed a bit of primer and a European Black accent finish to bring some new life to a first time homebuyer’s new digs.
