1 cup frozen peas
2 ½ cups cooked cubed rotisserie chicken breast
½ cup heavy cream
Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper
Dried parsley and thyme leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and celery, then cook until softened.
Stir in garlic, poultry seasoning, pepper, rosemary, and thyme. Cook for 1 minute.
Add butter and let it melt. Sprinkle in flour and stir until combined.
Slowly pour in chicken broth, stirring constantly until smooth.
