“Storytellers” is corporate America’s latest buzzword for 2026, replacing Prompt Engineer from 2025. And guess what? It’s not going to save your brand unless you pair them with a “tastemaker.”

How do you know if you’re a tastemaker?

- You have a keen eye for trends and how they relate to the overall brand.
- You are opinionated and know how to curate stories
- You have a high risk tolerance and respect for business goals

Tastemakers eliminate the bureaucracy that weighs down creative storytelling, empowering storytellers to create content that captures attention.

If I’m right about my Disney Rule of Two Theory then today’s announcement will mean one of the best eras of Disney yet.

Stop thinking outside the box.

Those things that keep you in a cationic state of worship keep you from being disgustingly creative.
