“For me, Stoic Guardian Group is about responsibility.

My background in the U.S. Marine Corps taught me that safety isn’t about reaction—it’s about preparation, discipline, and accountability. In high-pressure environments, you learn quickly that leadership means being ready before the moment arrives and taking responsibility for the people around you.

That mindset is what drives my work as President and CEO.
I focus on building strong teams, setting clear standards, and creating structure that allows our professionals to operate calmly, confidently, and with purpose—especially when it matters most.

At Stoic, we’re changing what security looks like. We believe protection should be professional, disciplined, and people-centered—not reactive or aggressive.

This work is personal. It’s about continuing to serve, protecting communities with integrity, and raising the standard for public safety.”

As we step into a new year, we want to pause and say thank you.
