Been hard at work behind the scenes here! The website is about 50% done (why are words so hard)? And I’ve been diligently working on emails, updating my TRAVEL DATES, re-working my packages, and everything else good that I have to offer my sweet clients.

Speaking of travel dates, I need to come back to Hawaii pls. Who’s down to elope there? 10/10 do recommend.

We were in Kyoto for family photos, but Heidi told me that she and her husband are also celebrating 10 years of marriage this year! 😍 So I wanted to make sure to take time to photograph just the two of them. ✨

Currently sitting in a coffee shop sipping on some black coffee, editing galleries, + updating the website. ☕️ I can’t believe I fly back to the states in just 4 more days.

Earlier this week, I took the bullet train out to Kyoto to photograph this sweet family! 🚄 H & G are also celebrating 10 years of marriage, so I made sure to get some photos just of the two of them as well! ❤️

I loved exploring all the side streets full of beautiful Japanese architecture and culture. 🏯

Did you know that Kyoto was the capital of Japan for more than 1,000 years? And there are shrines e v e r y w h e r e! If you’re planning a trip to Japan, please make sure you make time to visit Kyoto. I’ll definitely be back to explore more!

Well, my flight is officially booked! Ya girl is going to be in Iwakuni, Japan from October 6-30! A WEEK FROM TODAY.

I’m happily booking sessions in Iwakuni or elsewhere in the mainland (Kyoto, anyone?) while I’m there!

Also don’t judge me that I’m using this photo from Epcot. This is my first time visiting Japan so I’ll be sure to get plenty of authentic pictures while I’m there. 😅

Sorry I’ve been so MIA lately! I went out of town for a gaming convention in Seattle last week which was super fun — however, being delayed 3 extra days thanks to Dorian really messed up my plans! AND I’m moving from my apartment by the end of this week! So, thank you to everyone who has shown me some grace with communications this past week. ❤️ I’m getting to replying to everyone, I promise!

Here’s a pic from my hike at Mt Rainier National Park. 5+ hours of hiking and 1000+ ft elevation climbed. I’m surprised I did it. Not surprised that I rolled my ankle in the process. Yikes.
